Hospiscare - information valid in 2007

Hospiscare works in the community, in the hospice and in the hospital. Working together for terminally ill patients and their families across Exeter, Mid and East Devon. We have the expertise to relieve symptoms of illness, to give emotional support and provide choice at the end of life – because we know that each person is an individual.

Community nurses make 15,000 visits annually to over 2,000 patients. All this care and support costs £3.8 million each year. Every donation counts ……..
