Photos - Days 16 - 20 Arrens-Marsous - Azet ( posted July 24th )

Day 16 is our first day of poor weather - thick drizzle, fog and cold. After 2 short days and the spa towns of Cauterets and Luz-St-Sauveur we say farewell to Colin and Yvonne. The forecast for Day 19 is possible snow - our first day alone, the Col de Madamete ( the highest point of our route at just over 2500 metres ) and the remote Massif de Néouvielle. Fortune smiles on us though with fine weather after early gloom ... and new walking friends - Gérard from France and Manfred from Germany.
